Age No Barrier To Exercise

Exercise physiologist Murray Richards has a mantra of “Forget the New Year, New You… focus on a new fitness lifestyle to build strength and balance” for for those middle aged and older.

Mr Richards, who has been providing exercise regimes for pensioners and retirees through the Living Longer Living Stronger initiative has opened a new gym in Canning Vale catering for the more mature.
