The COTA Team are gearing up for the Care & Ageing Expo on 3-4 August at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. We hope you will come and visit us at the COTA stand where we will be promoting our programs Living Longer Living Stronger, Age Care Systems Navigator and Mentoring 2 Work. We also want to hear from you about the challenges you are facing, so we encourage you to take our short survey at the stand.
And most importantly for you, you can enter our draw to spend a night at Crown Towers which includes Crystal Club access for two people. If you haven’t experienced either Crown Towers or Crystal Club yet, this is a real treat. This fabulous prize is valued in excess of $500 so make sure you visit us to get your entry in.
We look forward to seeing you there.

The Goodbye Guide
Facing up to one’s own mortality can be difficult and most of us deal with this issue by not thinking about it until we have to.
After launching on radio, we are pleased to make available to you, a checklist which will guide you through the information you need to leave readily available to those managing your affairs.
You can access the Goodbye Guide here.
