COTA (WA) can help you navigate aged care.

COTA (WA) has recently joined with a number of other organisations across Australia and is now participating in a series of trials to find out the best ways to help older Australians, their families and friends, understand how to access aged care services.

Our free and independent services are available for all people who need information about aged care, or need help accessing aged care supports.

Our Community Hub at Connect Victoria Park, 5 Mackie Street, Victoria Park, provides a friendly and welcoming place for you to meet with a local volunteer who will assist you with finding the information you need.

Our Community Hub is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.00am until 12.00pm.

Our Information Hub is based at the COTA (WA) offices, The Perron Centre, 61 Kitchener Avenue, Victoria Park.

Our Information Hub operates Monday to Thursday from 10.00am until 3.00pm.

You can make an appointment to meet with an aged care navigator at either of our hubs, or you can call or email our Information Hub to find help.

We also have speakers available to provide information sessions for seniors clubs in metropolitan Perth.
