Lifeline WA are the providers of the Community Visitors Scheme which is funded by the federal Department of Health.

It aims to enrich the quality of life of seniors living in isolation. Seniors living in an Aged Care Facility, or living at home, and are receiving (or been approved for) a Home Care Package are eligible to receive a visitor.

Lifeline WA’s volunteer visitors:

  • are fully screened,
  • undergo a rigorous recruitment process, and
  • are inducted into a professional volunteer organisation

More information can be obtained in the Community Visitor Scheme flyer. You can also download a Lifeline WA Care Recipient Profile form.
