The Mentoring 2 Work project came to an end of 31 March 2021
This 3 year pilot program was a pilot program that matched young adult jobseekers with experienced mature mentors. The program was supported by the Try, Test and Learn Fund, an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Social Services. COTA (WA) and its partners University of WA Centre for Social Impact and United Way WA are proud to have delivered this successful and unique initiative which engaged 336 young adults and 170 volunteer mentors.
The team here at COTA WA gathered to celebrate the successful conclusion of the pilot M2W project and to thank the team responsible for running it, in particular Steve (Project Consultant), Karen (Project Officer) and Susannah (Project Officer).
