Do you know a local community or craft group that may be interested in joining the Purple Road to help raise awareness of elder abuse?
The Purple Road is a community awareness campaign facilitated by the Older Peoples Rights Service at the Northern Suburbs Community Legal Centre to raise awareness and provide support for older people experiencing abuse.
All the groups who have joined the Purple Road will be invited to come together on 15 June on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day and Seniors Week (November) to display and join the road as one.
