Mentoring 2 Work

Fast Track to Job Placement

Mentoring 2 Work (M2W) is a pilot program funded by the Australian Government designed to empower and equip young adults (mentees) with the skills and confidence to find and maintain employment.

In addition, it supports older Australians by developing their skills in mentoring and connecting with the younger generation, and in doing so, help build a better community.

At Mentoring 2 Work, we create an individual, unique pathway for our participant into employment, through the guidance of a mentor with mature industry experience and networks.

For young adults between 18 and 25 years of age, receiving a Centrelink payment and looking for work, we provide the opportunity to choose a mentor, co-create a career plan and gain continuing support along their journey into worthwhile, secure employment.

For mentors, we support continuing development, professional networking and a range of social and community events.
