The team at Curtin University School of Psychology has developed and tested a brief CBT-based self-help guide in collaboration with international experts to assist people to cope with anxiety and depression symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The project is funded by the State Government of Western Australia.  The guide was found to have a significant effect in reducing depression and anxiety symptoms in a community sample, and Curtin University is now focused on making it as freely and easily accessible as possible to the general community in WA.
