Dear COTA WA Member,
Notice is given in accordance with rule 8.4 of the constitution of the COTA WA (Constitution) that the Annual General Meeting of COTA WA will be held on 21 December 2023 at 3:00pm (AWST).
The AGM will be held at:
City West Lotteries House
Office 10, 2 Delhi Street
West Perth WA 6005
There will be two Special Resolutions to be put at the AGM. These resolutions are titled:
- Conversion to a Company Limited by Guarantee, and
- Adoption of a New Constitution
